Pull ups...not the diapers.

Wow time FLIES by...it seems like just a week or two ago that all three started crawling...wait...it was only a few weeks ago...why so fast. Now Phoenix is pulling herself up onto things...there was an empty bouncer and all of a sudden I look over to see nix laying in it...I had just taken her out and sat her on the floor obviously she didn't want to be out of it...well I took her out again and I look over to see her trying to get into Jade's bouncer with her...it was very cute...Enjoy some pictures.

Phase three...Operation Doc Band

What a slow process...nothing like watching the paint dry...added another skull and then added her name...one more phase to go I think. You may be asking yourself why it is taking me so long to do this...well time is limited...she needs to be wearing it as much as possible...plus it needs a lot of coats of each color plus a lot of coats of the shiny protective finish coat...oh on top of the dry time I am a perfectionist and since I have to look at it each day I better do it right the first time...anyways here you go...ENJOY

Added her name plus the skull on the side...

Added another skull...skulls are girly right?

Backyard Nature...Deer Poo

Almost on a daily basis we get the privileged of seeing deer...not just one or two but they come as a group of about 5-8 deer...the most I have ever seen together was 12. They come right up to the fence along our backyard...our house actually backs right up to a forest preserve so we get a lot of privacy. I can't wait until the girls get a little bit older and begin to enjoy the view of the wildlife that comes right up to our back door...here are a few pictures of our view...enjoy.
-
Standing on my porch...yes I like to sit and watch the deer.

So peaceful...there were 7 deer at the time of this photo...its crazy.

While sitting out on the deck you learn things about deer, like the fact that deer squat when they poo...who knew? (Yes I caught a deer pooing in this pic...it made me giggle...yes giggle...no laugh...just giggle...its ok men, can giggle...I think...so yeah ummm...)
-
If a deer poos in the woods and nobody is there...does it make a noise?

Doc Band...

Some people have noticed, either through pictures or in person, that Rogue's head is not round but very square shaped...good news bad news then good news again. Good news, there is something to fix it and help make it round...its called a Doc band created by "Cranial Technologies". Bad news, insurance doesn't cover the price of it...so it is all out of pocket. Good news, we have family who were able help with this process financially. So in the end all Rogue now has a very fancy and expensive helmet...she will be wearing the helmet for the next 3-6 months...we decided its better for her to crawl around with a helmet now rather than run around the rest of her life with a square head...in the pictures below you will see what her helmet looks like. This is going to be sort of a process for us to deal with so to help ease some of the nuisance of seeing this big ol' helmet for the next 3-6 months I will get the opportunity to get a little creative and do some painting on it...some of the rules with the doc band is that she has to wear it all the time except for 2 hours a day. She will have to learn to sleep in it and adjust to everyday life with it on...it will be a process for her and an adjustment for ourselves...now we have another unique feature added to our family and people ALWAYS feel they have a right to now about "our" unique situation...well now we will not only have to field the triplet questions but also the helmet questions...yippee...oh well it is a "new" part of life...here we go feet first. Sorry I think I sounded a little harsh there...ummm yeah sorry. Oh well now for the pictures...enjoy.

There it is, in all its glory...

Showing off the back...
